These terms apply to every order you place on swyswim.com. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer — where the law gives you more protection, the law applies.
You place an order through our secure checkout. Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when we email you an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price on our site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you and, if we can't fulfil the order, refund you in full.
Prices are shown in pounds (GBP) for the UK and most countries, in US dollars (USD) for the United States and in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada. The delivery cost is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card at checkout through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
We send orders with Royal Mail, usually within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us and we'll help track it down. You can also track your order here.
United States: we prepay US import duties through Royal Mail, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Everywhere else outside the UK (including Canada and Europe): local import taxes, duties or handling fees may be charged by your country's postal service on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility.
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery — longer than the 14 days required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with a photo through the returns form or by email. We'll put it right — a full refund or a replacement, your choice — and you won't need to send it back. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We photograph our swimwear as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Please check our size guide before ordering — our pieces have a stretchy fit, so if you're between sizes, size up.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We only use your information as set out in our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer protections given by the law of your country.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
