What we accept

30-day return window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unworn & unaltered
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Tracked postage required
All returns must be sent with a tracked service. This protects you and us — we can't process refunds for parcels we don't receive.
Worn or damaged items
We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Common questions

How long does a refund take?+
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process the refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
Why does tracked postage matter?+
Tracked postage protects you as the customer — if a parcel goes missing, you have proof it was sent. It also protects us. We cannot process refunds for items that don't arrive, so tracked postage is a requirement for all returns, not optional.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Yes! Select "Wrong size" as your reason in the form above, and note which size you'd like in the comments. We'll confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?+
We're so sorry! Submit a return request above selecting "Item is faulty or damaged" and attach a photo in the notes. We'll sort it immediately — full refund or replacement, your choice, and you won't need to return it.
Can I cancel my order?+
Email us at service@swyswim.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel and refund immediately. Once it's shipped, you'll need to use the returns process above.
